Workshop Description

What is the vital heart, soul, and mind connection? Our Nourish: Gut + Heart + Mind workshop is the first of a series of courses where we will be exploring this together, using new and ancient technologies for healing and true nourishment.

All SOI classes and workshops are hybrid, giving everyone the option to arrive to class in person or via Zoom.

Date

The first workshop of this three-part series will be held on Saturday, March 1st, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST.

Price

The cost of tuition for the afternoon workshop is $245.

Option 1: Pay in full $245 at the time of registration.

Option 2: Pay a non-refundable deposit of $65 to hold your place, followed by a payment plan arranged with SOI to pay the remaining balance 1 week before the workshop.

• Registrations canceled at least 60 days before the workshop will receive a 100% refund of the remaining balance after the non-refundable deposit

• Registrations canceled at least 30 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance after the non-refundable deposit. Registrations canceled within 30 days before the workshop, the workshop payment amount is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
